STAGE 1 – Dewatering
In the First stage of tank Cleaning , we insert an submersible water Pump which can empty the water tank with in no time.
STAGE 2 – Sludge Removal
The remaining dirty water and sludge is removed using a special sludge suction Unit.
STAGE 3 – High Pressure Cleaning
- The high pressure of the water removes the layer of the algae and calcinations on the wall and corners of the tank. The ceiling of the tank will be cleaned with the same high pressure water where it contains a large concentration of germs and bacteria due to the availability of the oxygen and dampness arising out of condensation of the water vapor.
- This hygienic cleaning process will remove all the calcinations which are the breading heaven for the diseases causing bacteria. Then the flora of the dirty tank will be cleaned thoroughly which will remove every dirt in the flora of the tank.
STAGE 4 – Vacuum Cleaning
- After the sludge is removed the remaining dirt is vacuumed out using an Industrial Vacuum Cleaner making the floor of the tank totally dirt free.
- The sludge is then taken out of the tank and disposed off to a safe place.
STAGE 5 – Anti-Bacterial Spray
- The next important process in Tank cleaning is the treatment at the inside walls and the ceiling by our specially developed anti-bacterial agents.
- The anti-bacterial agents are thoroughly sprayed in all the nooks and corners of the tank which ensures total sterilization of the tank from the inside.
- Our anti-bacterial solution is totally safe, eco-friendly and biodegradable. The anti-bacterial spray is highly effective against all the pathogens and will make your drinking water tank totally fit for using.
STAGE 6 – UV treatment
And finally in the Sixth Stage of the process final sterilization and disinfection is done using UV Radiation by a specially developed UV Radiator which is used to kill any suspended or floating bacteria remaining in the tank. This full procedure makes the tank 100% Bacteria free and makes it perfectly fit for storing clean drinking water.
